Update Visitors As Status Changes

1. Go to http://www.manhattanbni.com/
2. Click "Members Only" from left side of Front Page
3. Login with your ManhattanBNI Username & PW. (You created this login when you first entered the Manhattan BNI Website. If you do NOT know your Username & PW, please reachout to Karen Yanco, Secy/Treasurer).
4. Under “Visitor Tracking”, CLICK on “Enter Visitors”
5. Enter “Date” and all the other Visitor Information
6. Click “Enter Visitor” Button located at the bottom of that page

NOTE: There’s a “Notes” Section at the bottom of each profile, where you can >Add Comments< (i.e. They’re a SUB, They Filled Out An Application, Etc.)

Later on, when that Visitor becomes a MEMBER, we need to go back in, Edit to Click “CONVERT TO MEMBER” & complete Section so the Visitor is UPDATED to be recognized as “MEMBER OF CHAPTER 61”.
